James Monroe’s Highland is a beautiful historic Charlottesville landmark that has newly come into the wedding venue game in Virginia. If you are looking for a quaint wedding venue in historic Charlottesville with blue ridge mountains as your backdrop–Highland is a great choice. I had the pleasure of both shooting and attending this wedding for my cousin Ross and his beautiful bride Veronica. I have never had a celebrity siting at a wedding thus far….but James Monroe showed up for the party and it was pretty amazing!
